ONE DAY ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

A workshop on Classroom Management was conducted for teaching fraternity in the premises of Stephens International Public School in the presence of Principal Dr Manjari Sehgal,Vice Principal Mrs Shweta Bakshi , Headmistress Ms Khushboo Shaminotra as well as Coordinators. Dr. Atul Hans, Principal International Daily Rising School was the resource person. The session focused on creating a positive and effective classroom environment to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Dr. Hans emphasized the importance of fostering a happy classroom, where students feel safe, motivated, and engaged. He discussed practical strategies to strengthen the teacher-student bond, highlighting the role of empathy, consistent communication, and mutual respect.
The workshop also covered ways to improve learning outcomes by implementing structured classroom routines, setting clear expectations, and encouraging active participation while nurturing a supportive atmosphere.
Teachers found the session insightful and motivating, gaining valuable tools to implement in their classrooms for better management and student engagement.
